Booth Services & Promotion Services

Exhibitors please follow these steps:

  • Complete the Exhibition Application Form

    Exhibitors should carefully fill out the online exhibition application form and Submit, or contact the organizer directly;

  • Signing the Exhibition Contract

    After receiving the client's information, the organizer will prepare the "Exhibition Contract" for confirmation by the exhibiting unit;

  • Installment Payment of Exhibition Fees

    Exhibitors must pay exhibition fees in installments on schedule. Late payments will be considered as withdrawal, and the initial payment will not be refunded;

  • Booth Setup Preparation

    Exhibitors need to enter the venue for booth setup on December 2, 2025, in preparation for the official exhibition period from the 3rd to the 5th.
